Dear Parents,

As a certified ADHD/ADD therapist at IFWL, I support children and young people who live with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) or ADD (attention deficit disorder). These disorders often manifest themselves through inattention, impulsivity or hyperactivity and can be accompanied by sleep disorders or other challenges.

My approach

• Individual therapy: Flexible session scheduling – from creative activities to discussions about your child’s everyday life.

• Concentration promotion: Through programs such as THOP, Thokis, Lauth and Schlottke or the Marburg Concentration Training (MKT).

• Emotion regulation: building self-confidence and helping to cope with anger, fear or sadness.

• Systemic support: Involvement of parents and environment to create supportive routines and clear structures.

therapy costs

• 60 euros per hour (60 minutes). The costs are not covered by health insurance, as I bill according to the Heilpraktikergesetz (Heilpraktiker Act).
